Mass heat pump manufacturers have a minimum installation water volume and flow rate requirement through the heat pump which necessitates the use of a buffer vessel. Crystal buffer tanks provide stable and smooth operation for both the heat pump and the indoor heating/cooling system, also acting as a hydronic equalizer.

- 50 mm expanded, environmentally safe polyurethane insulation that minimizes heat loss
- Replaceable magnesium anode - helps to increase the corrosion resistance of the water tank

- Presence of a flange facilitating maintenance and cleaning of the vessel and installation
